Ulthera or Thermage — which is better for lifting?
Ulthera Prime uses focused ultrasound to lift the deeper SMAS layer, often chosen for jawline sagging. Thermage FLX uses radiofrequency to tighten skin and refine texture. Many patients benefit from both; your dermatologist decides after examining your skin.
Are laser treatments safe for darker or Middle-Eastern skin tones?
Yes, with the right device and settings. Pigmented skin has a higher risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, so our dermatologists select wavelengths and energy levels individually for each patient.
